Meet Carly - your guide behind the guide!
Hi, I’m Carly!
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California, I have a dual degree Bachelor’s in Special and Elementary Education and a Master’s in Counseling, both from New York University. I also took on extra PhD level coursework in adolescent and social-emotional development.
I’m a yoga teacher, with over 500 hours of training, studying Prana Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea. I’ve taught yoga classes to tweens, teens and adults, allowing and encouraging my students to use and move their bodies to connect with their true selves. I’ve also completed extensive training in chakras and how we can align with them to lead a more balanced and centered life.
So what does all this mean? It means I’m fully qualified to work with your kids to build their confidence and set them up for a powerful, dynamic and joy filled future.
